1 small pork chops, grilled with visible fat removed

3 or 4 medium potatoes, boiled

2 servings of vegetables

1 teaspoon of lower fat spread to top the potatoes and vegetables

3 tablespoons of instant gravy, made up according to manufacturer’s instructions

Tips
