Carcass Contamination Incidents

1, For each month between January 2014 to March 2017*,  the number of carcass contamination incidents** recorded at red meat abattoirs in Scotland.

2, This information broken down into pigs / cattle / sheep & goats

* Or beginning from the nearest date to January 2014 if the information is not available from then

** I mean by this "carcass contamination identified at final FBO inspection point" e.g. carcasses found to be faecally contaminated
