All information regarding the number of days lost by staff off with food poisoning.

Also, information regarding any incidents of food poisoning on premises.

Response

Two FSS employees were absent from work as a result of food poisoning in 2017, and one in 2016.

In total, 9 days were lost as a result.

There were no incidents of food poisoning on premises.
