We are lodging an FOI Request for Spar, Unit 1A, Dornoch Retail Park, Dornoch, Sutherland IV25 3SF. We noticed that an improvement notice had been issued last Oct 2022. We would like to see a copy of any inspection information as carried out by Environmental Health Officer/s from this council area and any further supporting documentation for this business in relation to its hot food retailing operations. We ascertain that this area is covered by the Highland Council.
